Refund policy

We strive to make sure everything gets to you in one piece and in its original shape and quality (this isn't always easy with glass as you can imagine). Items are shipped not only from the DabberHasher distribution office, but other warehouses as well.

For items not intended for consumption: If you've received damaged item(s), please retain all shipping cartons and packing materials and contact us immediately. This is necessary to file a damage claim with the shipper, who may require reviewing packages for inspection. As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether if they wish to inspect the package or not we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangements to directly to pick up the package(s). As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 72 hours), we will ship out your replacement items.

For items that can be consumed (D9 Gummies, etc.): DabberHasher offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us. Your request and order history will need to be verified. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
